Tai – Chi
What is Tai Chi Chuan?
Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art, a form of self defense. Practicing Tai Chi cultivates harmonious health. Tai Chi creates energy, a peaceful mind, increased bone density, balance, strength flexibilty and overalll harmony. It teaches us how to align our physical structure, enabling us to let go of unnecesssary tensions, stress and move with effortless efficiency. With Tai Chi Chuan we learn how to prevent injuries and rebuild our body through a practice that affects the entire body, mind, and spirit as one undiveded whole.

Qigong
What is Qigong?
Qigong (Chee-Gong) is cultivation of our Qi – life’s fundamental energy. Practicing Qigong improves all aspects of our physical and emotional health.
Qigong unifies our whole being by circulating the Qi through gentle movements, deep natrual breathing, visualizations and meditations. The mindful use of breath opens the doors to deeper healing and connection with our higher self. The meditations (eigher standing, sitting or laying down) strengthen the connection between our body, heart and mind.
Tai Chi Qigong
from your heart to your mind,
from your mind to your energy,
from your energy to your palm.

Check out what people have to say about us

Hagai is a gifted teacher and demonstrates it by weaving the exercises, movements with the health benefits, the history of them and the self defense aspect of the movement. He does this with humility, extensive knowledge and humor. I love it when he references how his teachers or historical masters had taught the same exercises.

The outdoor setting of Qigong practice resets and rejuvenates my body and mind. Combining Tai Chi and Qigong, your body gains strength and stamina. The teachers are kind and knowledgeable, and the participants are friendly and committed.

I‘ve got an intense job and I rock climb, and i‘ve found Qi Gong to be a very relaxing counterbalance. It‘s similar to yoga in a lot of ways except simpler and less physically strenuous. Hagai is an amazing teacher—very knowledgeable and kind. It‘s a very welcoming environment and easy to get started. I highly recommend checking it out!

I had no idea how good I would feel after each class. They go beyond the basic movements and teach us whole body wellness. I’m seeing benefits in balance and focus. And I love being outdoors and I’m learning to know very interesting people.
